Senior Stylist
You are: Confident in your technique, grounded in your approach, and ready to leave hustle culture behind.
What you’ll bring:
- 5+ years salon experience
- Strong colour work (especially blondes + correction)
- Great consultation skills
- A love for creative expression
- A calm, collaborative presence
Hours: Full-time or flexible part-time
Pay: Base + commission (discussed at interview)
Junior Stylist
You are: Fresh out of your apprenticeship and ready to grow—with the right support.
What you’ll bring:
- Foundational skills with a growth mindset
- Strong interest in colour work
- Clear communication and listening
- Sharp attention to detail
Hours: Full-time
Pay: Base salary with growth pathway
Apprentice
You are: Excited about hair, identity, and colour—and ready to learn everything.
What you need:
- Passion for the craft
- Reliability and good energy
- Willingness to learn and take feedback
What you’ll learn:
- Colour theory and application
- Client consultation skills
- Salon flow and operations
- Professional product knowledge
